About me
I am a Plant Controller and finance leader with over 20 years of experience supporting manufacturing operations in regulated industries, including medical devices, diagnostics, automotive, electrical, and textile manufacturing. I have worked extensively across Mexico and the United States, developing strong expertise in cost accounting, financial governance, operational control, and cross-border manufacturing environments.
Throughout my career, I have held hands-on leadership roles, serving as Plant Controller and sole finance authority on site, building and stabilizing finance functions, and partnering closely with operations, engineering, supply chain, and executive leadership. My experience includes implementing cost accounting systems, strengthening internal controls, supervising IMMEX and inventory governance, supporting manufacturing footprint transfers, and validating cost savings and capital projects. My focus has consistently been on protecting margins, ensuring compliance, managing risk, and enabling sustainable operational growth.
I am recognized for my analytical rigor, disciplined execution, and ability to translate financial data into actionable insights. I value structured decision-making, clear accountability, and strong financial controls as the foundation for operational excellence. I approach leadership with a balance of technical expertise, clear communication, and emotional intelligence, believing that effective finance leadership must support both the business and the people behind it.
Beyond my professional roles, I am committed to continuous learning, professional integrity, and knowledge sharing. I believe that strong financial leadership is built not only through results, but through consistency, trust, and long-term perspective.
